Office Administrative Bookkeeper
- Full time bookkeeper/administrative assistant needed for small CPA firm. Microsoft
- Microsoft Office experience required. QuickBooks experience preferred.
- Oversee and manage administrative office tasks
- Maintain client records and office files.
- Perform general office management duties as needed.
- Applicant must demonstrate a strong attention to detail and be able to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing.
- Strong computer skills, excellent time management, & organizational abilities.
- Must be able to keep client information strictly confidential.
- Applicant should also be able to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism and show adaptability and willingness to learn and progress.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Personal characteristics include integrity, trustworthiness, & professional attitude & appearance.
