RMA Specialist

MINIMUM 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN WAREHOUSE OR RMA OPERATIONS PREFERRED

Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced RMA Specialist to fill a position for a Solar Manufacturing company in Houston, TX .

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with OT as required

Requirements for RMA Specialist:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse operations, RMA processing, inventory handling, electronics sorting, or logistics preferred.
• Ability to lift and move medium-to-heavy equipment safely.
• Proficiency with barcode scanners and basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook, data-entry).
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform physical, hands-on tasks.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Willingness to learn basic electronics terminology and identify electronic components (capacitors, resistors, connectors, fuses, PCBA modules).

Responsibilities of the RMA Specialist:

• Receive inbound RMA units, perform unpacking, basic inspection, labeling, and documentation.
• Scan serial numbers, verify product details, and enter data accurately into ERP or service systems.
• Physically move, lift, and stage equipment and components for repair workflows or storage.
• Open crates, palletize items, organize parts, and prepare materials for technicians.
• Sort, tag, and record components based on part type, condition, or repair priority.
• Support warehouse activities, including cycle counts, stock checks, and shipment preparation.
• Maintain proper documentation of item condition, packaging status, and any missing or incorrect parts.
• Follow established safety procedures, material-handling practices, and lifting standards.
• Assist in improving RMA process flow, labeling accuracy, and data-tracking quality.
