Personal Injury Operations Team Member (Remote)

As part of our fast-growing operations team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that every case moves forward smoothly behind the scenes.

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Team Member to join our personal injury department. In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day case management process by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with legal teams and clients, and ensuring that timelines are met and files stay organized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with case file management, including intake, document collection, and data entry

• Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding items with clients, providers, and attorneys

• Maintain communication logs and update case statuses in our system

• Request and review medical records, bills, and other supporting documentation

• Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other team members to ensure workflow efficiency

• Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in personal injury or legal operations is preferred but not required

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Tech-savvy and comfortable with case management software (experience with platforms like Litify, Filevine, or Clio is a plus)

• Self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment

• High attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
