Bilingual Demand Planner

How You'll Help Us Connect the World: As a Bilingual Demand Planner, you will be part of a high-performing global supply chain team, partnering closely with Operations, Sales, and Product Line Management to ensure we meet customer needs while driving efficiency across the business. This role is hybrid is based inRichardson, Texas. You Will Make an Impact By: Leading global demand planning activities and serving as the focal point of communication with BU and Operations leaders. Designing, coordinating, and publishing reports on forecast, inventory, and operations aligned to current business requirements. Managing escalations through to completion with timely communication to stakeholders. Driving the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process in collaboration with PLM, Sales, and Operations. Partnering with Operations to ensure capacity planning supports the master production schedule. Facilitating cross-functional collaboration to establish and maintain standardized operating procedures. Managing inventory levels across assigned regions and business units, optimizing supply chain performance with sales, operations, and PLM. Supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives with Engineering, Sales, and PLM to enable speed-to-market strategies. Measuring, supporting, and developing local entity planners for continuous improvement. Managing system parameters throughout the entire product lifecycle. Working with Procurement and vendors to oversee contract manufacturing products where applicable. Balancing supply and capacity to ensure optimal customer service and operational efficiency. Required Qualifications for Consideration: Bilingual in Spanish and English. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., APICS/CPIM) preferred. 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or related functions within a global or multi-regional environment. Strong knowledge of S&OP processes, inventory management, and capacity planning. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc) and advanced Excel/reporting tools. Demonstrated ability to interpret data, develop forecasts, and present findings to senior leadership. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives a plus.
