Work Together. Do the Right Thing. Give Back. This role is for a leader who sets the tone, drives the culture, and helps every team member and customer experience the Atzenhoffer difference. What You’ll Do:

  • Recruit, train, and develop a strong, accountable sales team
  • Collaborate with the General Sales Manager to set and exceed monthly volume and gross targets
  • Step in early on every deal — greet customers, resolve questions, and help your team close effectively
  • Lead CRM execution and follow-up discipline with energy and consistency
  • Coach to the Atzenhoffer “Blueprint” sales process and hold your team to it
  • Build a team environment rooted in mutual respect, shared goals, and daily structure
  • Stay compliant with all legal regulations and reporting responsibilities
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 2+ years of proven success in automotive sales management
  • Strong grasp of desking, gross management, and deal structure
  • Knowledge of factory incentive programs, especially for GM, and Mitsubishi
  • Excellent communicator and team builder who leads with optimism and follow-through
  • Discipline, character, and a desire to lead by example — not from behind a desk
