Sales Manager
We’re Hiring: Sales Manager – Atzenhoffer Auto Family Victoria, TX | Chevrolet • Mitsubishi At Atzenhoffer Auto Group, we’ve proudly served the Victoria community since 1926 — and we’re looking for a Sales Manager who’s ready to lead from the front, build a winning team, and live out our 4 core values: Be Nice. What You’ll Do:
- Recruit, train, and develop a strong, accountable sales team
- Collaborate with the General Sales Manager to set and exceed monthly volume and gross targets
- Step in early on every deal — greet customers, resolve questions, and help your team close effectively
- Lead CRM execution and follow-up discipline with energy and consistency
- Coach to the Atzenhoffer “Blueprint” sales process and hold your team to it
- Build a team environment rooted in mutual respect, shared goals, and daily structure
- Stay compliant with all legal regulations and reporting responsibilities
- 2+ years of proven success in automotive sales management
- Strong grasp of desking, gross management, and deal structure
- Knowledge of factory incentive programs, especially for GM, and Mitsubishi
- Excellent communicator and team builder who leads with optimism and follow-through
- Discipline, character, and a desire to lead by example — not from behind a desk
