What You’ll Do:

• Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional first impression
• Answer and route high-volume phone calls for the Collision Center
• Schedule repair appointments and support daily workflow coordination
• Assist the Collision Center Director with reports, files, and general administrative tasks
• Prepare customer invoices and process payments
• Help maintain front office cleanliness and organization
• Support estimators by gathering vehicle and customer data as needed

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2+ years of customer service or front desk experience (collision center or automotive a plus)
• Friendly and proactive communication skills
• Strong multitasking and organization abilities
• A "can-do" attitude and team-first mindset
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience a PLUS!

Perks & Benefits:

• $17.00–$22.00/hour
• Full-time, in-person position
• HOURS: MONDAY - FRIDAY 7:00A - 5:00P; 1 SATURDAY A MONTH (5 HOURS)
