In this role, you will be the backbone of our administrative operations, providing essential support to ensure that our office runs smoothly and efficiently. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that will help maintain organizational effectiveness and enhance our team's productivity. Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Manage and organize files, records, and documents to ensure easy retrieval.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members as needed.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring the workspace is adequately stocked.
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Support various departments in administrative tasks and special projects.
- Provide friendly and efficient front-desk support to visitors and clients.
