At Texas Physical Therapy Specialists , a member of the Confluent Health family, our Coverage Team offers a unique opportunity to step beyond a single clinic and experience the full scope of care across the Austin region. In this role, you’ll travel between multiple locations, supporting different teams and clinicians while bringing consistency and high-quality care wherever you go. It’s an ideal fit for a Physical Therapist who values variety, adaptability, and collaboration - giving you exposure to diverse patient populations, clinic styles, and team dynamics, all while maintaining the autonomy and clinical support TexPTS is known for. With an average of fewer than 12 patients per day and a power scheduling model, you’ll still have the flexibility to deliver individualized, patient-centered care in every setting.

• Traveling between clinics in the region based on coverage needs
• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Compensation: $46-48/Hr + weekly bonus based on patient volume up to an additional ~$8k per year, average less than 12 patients per day, Mileage Reimbursement available based on location, and Part Time or PRN options!
