Centralized AR & Property Support Specialist
Rate: Starting at $26.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.*** We are searching for a Centralized AR & Property Support Specialist to join our multifamily operations team based out of our Houston or Austin Regional Office. This newly created position provides centralized accounts receivable, leasing, operational, and administrative support across multiple apartment communities within the portfolio.
The Centralized AR & Property Support Specialist serves as a key operational partner to onsite teams and leadership by supporting delinquency management, resident engagement, CRM IQ, P2P, and Yardi compliance, resident portal adoption, reporting, and operational support during staffing transitions or vacancies. Responsibilities include supporting portfolio and property objectives as directed by the Regional Director and Vice President.
Primary site location (Park at Woodlake) is our 564-unit apartment community conveniently located near Beltway 8, Highway 59, Loop 610, I-10, The Galleria, and Memorial City Mall area in Houston.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of on-site multifamily property management experience
- Assistant Community Manager experience required
- Strong bookkeeping, organization, and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and support multiple communities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, CRM IQ, AIRM, Yardi, or similar property management software systems
Responsibilities
- Manage delinquency follow-up and resident account communication across multiple communities
- Support resident portal adoption and online payment initiatives
- Assist with CRM IQ, Yardi, and P2P compliance and reporting
- Provide centralized leasing and prospect engagement support
- Support onsite teams during staffing shortages, onboarding transitions, or vacancies
- Assist with operational reporting and portfolio support initiatives
- Maintain strong communication and partnership with onsite teams and leadership
- Support additional operational objectives as directed by regional leadership

Work Days: Monday through Friday (some weekends may be required)
Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
