Retail Recruiting Manager
- Minimum 2+ years of multi-location recruiting and hiring experience, preferably in retail or sales.
- Strong understanding of sourcing quality candidates, speed to hire, and volume hiring.
- Skilled in conducting behavioral-based interviews.
- Experience with enterprise-level ATS/HCM systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, etc.).
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to multi-task and prioritize.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic communication tools.
