Boutique Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Boutique Manager to lead our retail team and drive the success of our boutique. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail management, with a passion for customer service and an eye for fashion. As the Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and fostering a positive work environment.

Duties

• Supervise and manage all aspects of boutique operations, including sales, inventory management, and staff performance.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and ensure high levels of customer service.
• Implement effective marketing strategies to promote products and drive sales growth.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records in compliance with company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and manage product displays to optimize sales opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building lasting relationships with clients.
• Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining a focus on achieving store objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales or retail management is essential.
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Experience in recruiting and interviewing candidates for retail positions is preferred.
• Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial reporting.
