• Develop and implement evidence-based policies and procedures to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Manage departmental budget and resource allocation effectively
• Foster collaborative relationships with surgeons, administration, and interdepartmental teams
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain quality metrics
• Coordinate staff scheduling and workflow optimization
• Participate in strategic planning and quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Current Texas RN license or compact state license
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• 5+ years of Operating Room nursing experience
• 2+ years of OR leadership experience
• Current BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross
• Strong clinical knowledge in perioperative nursing
• Excellence in team leadership and communication skills
• CNOR certification preferred
