Oracle Cloud R2R Support (Fixed Assets & Leases)

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud R2R Support professional for a 12-month onsite engagement at Deloitte’s Austin, TX office. This role provides post-production (Operate) L2/L3 support focused on Fixed Assets and Lease Accounting — resolving close-critical incidents, driving root-cause fixes, and improving runbooks and monitoring across the Record-to-Report lifecycle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle Fixed Assets and Lease Accounting: incident triage, defect resolution, and RCA to prevent repeat issues.

• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities: posting/accounting, reconciliations, and close readiness; coordinate cross-functional resolution with Finance and IT.

• Troubleshoot FA and Lease transactions and accounting outcomes — including asset additions, adjustments, retirements, depreciation runs, lease schedules, remeasurements, and terminations — and related downstream impacts.

• Monitor and support integrations, data loads, and batch jobs (FBDI, APIs, OIC or middleware): error handling and reprocessing.

• Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge articles; support controlled production changes and minor enhancements.

• Support Oracle quarterly update readiness: impact review, regression testing coordination, and production validation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of Oracle Financials/ERP Cloud experience with hands-on production support in Fixed Assets and/or Lease Accounting.

• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex FA/Lease accounting and transaction issues.

• Solid documentation and stakeholder communication skills consistent with Operate delivery standards.

PREFERRED / NICE-TO-HAVE

• ITIL-based support experience; familiarity with ServiceNow or Jira.

• OTBI and/or BI Publisher reporting validation exposure.

• Fewer close-critical FA/Lease incidents through faster triage, root-cause analysis, and improved monitoring.

• Documented runbooks for top FA/Lease support scenarios and a repeatable close-time playbook fully in place.
