The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of UX design principles and will be able to assess and optimize the performance, maintainability, and scalability of our applications from a holistic perspective. This role requires a strategic thinker who can focus on the bigger picture, ensuring a cohesive user experience through optimized navigation and user flow. • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices and continuously seek opportunities to improve the user experience. Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., WebGPU, WASM) for UX innovation.
  • Analytics and Machine Learning: Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to integrate analytics and machine learning insights into the UX design process. Use data to inform design decisions and personalize user experiences.
  • Data-Driven Design: Utilize user data and analytics to identify patterns, optimize user flows, and enhance the overall user experience.

What You’ll Bring

  • This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization or visa sponsorship (including initial, transfer, or extension), and candidates must be authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and remain authorized for the duration of employment without the need for sponsorship.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in UX design, with a focus on application performance, maintainability, and scalability.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work, including examples of holistic design thinking and user flow optimization.
  • Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI) and a basic understanding of machine learning concepts.
Preferred Qualifications:
