Sales Representative - SaaS
Our client, a fast-growing HR tech company, is hiring two Sales Representatives to sell their workforce management platform to mid-market companies. The product handles scheduling, time tracking, and payroll integration for businesses with 100-1,000 employees.
This is a full-cycle sales role. You'll prospect, demo, negotiate, and close deals in a 30-60 day sales cycle. Top performers consistently earn $120K+ in their first year. The company provides strong inbound lead flow and SDR support. The team is based in downtown Austin with a hybrid schedule. They have a collaborative sales culture without the cutthroat politics you find at some tech companies.Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Conduct product demonstrations via Zoom and occasional on-site visits
- Manage pipeline in Salesforce and maintain accurate forecasts
- Negotiate contracts and close deals within target timelines
- Collaborate with SDRs to optimize outbound campaigns
- Partner with customer success for smooth handoffs post-sale
- Attend industry conferences and networking events
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quota targets
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably SaaS
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Experience selling to HR buyers a plus
