Are you ready to grow as a specialist? We are hiring a Periodontist to join a thriving practice in Plano, TX. This is a part-time position (2 days/week – flexible) with great income potential for a quality Periodontist!

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Periodontist to join a dynamic, patient-focused dental practice in the Plano/Frisco area. This opportunity offers a pathway to a rewarding career with a supportive team who prioritizes patient comfort and a family-first culture. You can expect this position to grow from 2 days/week to full-time around the 1 year mark, experience and proficiency depending. The office is fully staffed and stocked with a quality team along with mentorship available. Compensation is a % of production scale (practice is high earning , an additional Periodontist will do quite well).

Here are some key features to consider about this position:

• Part-time (2 days/week to start, with potential to build into more days) transitioning to full-time after approximately one year
• Full-scope periodontics, including implants (70%-80% of procedures), laser technology, and full-scope sedation possible
• Modern facility with plenty of space, equipped with advanced technology
• Mostly FFS – payed production, not collections
• Collaborative environment (Oral surgeon and Perio present)

• Positive, humble, and compassionate with a can-do attitude
• Comfortable with a mostly fee-for-service (FFS) patient base
• Open to mentorship
• Desire for longevity
