  • Choices of where you work and when you work - because we all value something different. Hybrid work schedules allow for flexibility where you work. There is required collaboration in office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but the flexibility to work from home the rest of the week. A unique 9/80 work schedule gives you the flexibility when you work. Choose from alternating Fridays off or consider the Choice schedule which allows you a fixed morning or afternoon off each week.

About the Job: As a Contract Analyst you will be responsible for the timely and accurate execution of funding proceeds payable to our dealer partners. With a focus on structuring contracts as it pertains to Customer Billing and Sales Tax, while working with both the dealers and customers to ensure compliance with all Credit conditions set forth. What You'll Do:
  • Facilitate accurate inception of contracts fundings which may be subject to a group of large customers designated to be Special handling accounts.
  • Effectively communicate with corresponding dealerships/RSMs to consistently update management on funding large groups of contracts.
  • Maintain integrity and control of commercial retail and lease contracts, while ensuring terms and deal structures meet legal and business requirements.
  • Support the funding of new customer contracts by timely and accurately creating Master Data including detailed customer and asset information.
  • Maintain data integrity with our customer records as well as stay in compliance with published business procedures.
  • Serve as primary liaison between TICF and dealerships across the United States in order to coordinate accurate completion of required documentation.
  • Accurately enter contract data and customer specific requirements into SAP Leasing System for proper account maintenance.
  • Validate contract rates and special programs in accordance with Financial Bulletins.
  • Identify discrepancies within deal parameters in the structure of contracts at inception and recommend constructive solutions to alleviate these discrepancies from arising in the future.
  • Assist in developing step-by-step desk procedures for all critical functions to standardize funding processes and minimize errors.
  • Assist with identifying and implementing Kaizen initiatives to optimize funding processes to enhance efficiencies while understanding end- to- end contract life cycle processing and administration.
