We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Manager to maintain and grow relationships with our key customers. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, preferably in the building materials or manufacturing sector, and a proven track record of managing client relationships, increasing revenue, and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Manage and grow existing client relationships
- Process POs
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, …) to ensure timely delivery and project success
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and pricing for clients
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, manufacturing capabilities, and market trends
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of account management or sales experience (preferably in manufacturing or construction)
- Strong communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Net Suite a plus
