What You’ll Do

• Go door-to-door in assigned residential markets to generate leads and set appointments

• Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy

• Conduct full-cycle sales (from introduction to closing deals)

• Build rapport quickly and earn homeowner trust

• Present customized solar solutions based on customer needs

• Follow up with prospects and manage pipeline activity

• Work closely with team leaders and closers to maximize conversions

• Consistently hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
