Diagnostic Imaging Centers of Texas (DICOT) and our family of affiliated brands — including Prime Diagnostic Imaging, Memorial MRI & Diagnostic, Desert Imaging, Foundation Physicians Group, and SignatureRx — are seeking a reliable and professional LOP Collections Specialist.

What you DO

• Manage and collect balances on LOP and lien-based accounts
• Communicate with attorneys, law firms, and clients regarding payments and case status
• Track accounts and follow up until payment is received
• Negotiate settlements within company guidelines
• Maintain accurate records and meet collection goals

What you BRING

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s preferred)
• 2+ years of LOP and/or A/R collections experience
• Experience with lien-based accounts and settlements
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with collections software and Microsoft Office
• Experience with legal claims or law firms preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
