Coordinator I- West Texas Shop
The Administrative Assistant coordinator will be a key team member responsible for providing essential administrative support to the team.Â
Â
Will play a role in booking travel arrangements, billing, and administrative support in key aspects of the operations processes, while supporting the staff to ensure customers receive superior customer services. Â Â Â
Â
⢠ Provide administrative support for the operations team.Â
⢠  Books travel arrangements Â
⢠  Draft Correspondences and formal documentsÂ
⢠  Find any discrepancies and make appropriate changesÂ
⢠  Develop and / or maintain filing systemÂ
⢠  Perform all clerical assignmentsÂ
⢠  Financial Reporting, billing, etc. Â
⢠  Assist in managing the flow of documents and information cross functionally. Â
⢠  Review and report issues. Â
⢠  Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of documentation.
⢠  Monitor request for products and process orders as required.
⢠  Order supplies as needed  Â

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
⢠  Associates DegreeÂ
⢠  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
⢠  Ability to prioritize work and projects in fast passed environmentÂ
⢠ Understanding of accounting principles.Â
⢠  Certification course work on computer programs
⢠  2 years' experience in similar role within the oil and gas industryÂ
⢠  Writes, speaks and interacts clearly and professionally.Â
⢠  Extremely organized.  Strong multi- tasking and time management skills.

⢠  Bachelor's degreeÂ
⢠  Basic understanding of field support in an oil and gas environment
