Lehr Insurance is seeking motivated, outgoing, and goal-driven individuals to join our growing team as In-Market Door-to-Door Sales Representatives. This is a full-cycle sales opportunity where you will take ownership of the entire customer journey — from prospecting and relationship-building to closing and client retention.

What You’ll Do
Prospect and engage with homeowners and individuals in assigned territories
Conduct in-person consultations to identify insurance and financial protection needs
Educate clients on life, health, and supplemental insurance solutions
Build trust and long-term customer relationships through personalized service
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
Maintain consistent follow-up and customer support throughout the process
Track sales activity and customer interactions using CRM systems
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals

What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a competitive and goal-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in a face-to-face, field-sales environment
Ability to build trust quickly and maintain strong customer relationships
Organized, dependable, and disciplined with follow-up activities
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
Previous sales, customer service, canvassing, or door-to-door experience preferred
Insurance sales experience is a plus but not required
Experience in full-cycle sales environments is beneficial
