Join Our Pediatric Dental Team as a Front Office Coordinator!
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Front Office Coordinator to join our pediatric dental practice located in Arlington, TX. If you thrive in a fast-paced, kid-friendly environment and enjoy being the first friendly face our patients see, we’d love to hear from you!
Position Details:
- Location: iKids Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics Arlington, TX.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Practice Type: Pediatric Dentistry.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations.
- Handle insurance verifications and patient records.
- Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in a dental or medical front office is preferred.
- A team-oriented attitude and a passion for working with children.
