Job Description: Commercial/Industrial Painter

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Commercial Painter to join our team. This role involves performing painting projects in commercial and industrial environments with attention to quality, safety, and detail.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, caulking, masking, and priming.

• Apply paint, coatings, and finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces according to project specifications.

• Operate painting tools and equipment safely and effectively (sprayers, rollers, brushes, etc.).

• Follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines on the job site.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients.

Requirements:

• Able to pass a background check .

• Able to pass a drug test .

• Must have a valid ID and legal authorization to work in the U.S.

• OSHA 10 certification (we can assist qualified applicants in obtaining this).

• Ability to lift, carry, and work with equipment and materials as required by the job.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Previous commercial painting experience preferred, but not required.

Buscamos un pintor comercial confiable y trabajador para unirse a nuestro equipo. Este puesto implica realizar proyectos de pintura en entornos comerciales e industriales, prestando especial atención a la calidad, la seguridad y el detalle.

Responsabilidades:

Preparar las superficies para pintar, incluyendo limpieza, lijado, calafateo, enmascarado e imprimación.

Aplicar pintura, recubrimientos y acabados a paredes, techos y otras superficies según las especificaciones del proyecto.

Operar herramientas y equipos de pintura de forma segura y eficaz (pulverizadores, rodillos, brochas, etc.).

Seguir todas las normas de seguridad de la empresa y de OSHA en el lugar de trabajo.

Mantener la limpieza y el orden en las áreas de trabajo.

Comunicarse eficazmente con supervisores, miembros del equipo y clientes.

Requisitos:

Superar una verificación de antecedentes penales.

Superar una prueba de drogas.

Debe contar con una identificación válida y autorización legal para trabajar en EE. UU.

Certificación OSHA 10 (podemos ayudar a los solicitantes calificados a obtenerla).

Capacidad para levantar, transportar y trabajar con equipos y materiales según lo requiera el trabajo.

Excelente atención al detalle y compromiso con la calidad del trabajo.

Se valora la experiencia previa en pintura comercial, pero no es un requisito.
