Job Title: Property Administrator

Location: Downtown Dallas, TX

Pay Rate: $24.04/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Type: Contract to Hire

Overview:

Join a dynamic property management team in Downtown Dallas as a Property Administrator, providing key administrative support and ensuring the smooth daily operation of commercial properties. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and experience in property management or a similar environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative support, including handling phone calls, expense reporting, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
• Draft and process service contracts and construction agreements; oversee document routing and approvals.
• Collaborate with tenants, maintenance teams, and vendors to ensure timely execution of work orders.
• Generate monthly rent statements and chargebacks.
• Maintain accurate, organized files, including certificates of insurance for tenants, vendors, and contractors.
• Compile, process, and review regional reports and paperwork.
• Support Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager, and other leadership with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of administrative experience, preferably in property management or a similar industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Independent, self-motivated, and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate to advanced) and quick to learn new software.
• Ability to read and interpret contracts accurately.
• Familiarity with basic accounting and reporting tasks is a plus.
