Position Summary

Assist the Project Manager or Operations Manager, on one or more projects, with the day-to-day administrative operations of a project.

Role Responsibilities

• Perform administrative support duties and process documentation as required

• Set-up and maintain all project filing systems, including archiving project records

• Assist in getting Contract Agreements secured and processed.

• Provide support to Operations Manager / Division Manager and Project Management including, but not limited to, estimating logs, billing logs, cost projection accumulation and scheduling and normal day-to-day activities.

• Generate and distribute available Logs and Reports

• Maintain positive and professional relationships with all customers, external and internal.

• Assist in preparation, processing and submittal of all project closeout documentation.

• Support timecard review and use of proper phase/cost codes by field crews in coordination with Superintendent(s) and Operation Manager(s) direction, including per diem tracking. And identify and help resolve missing, incorrect, or inconsistent time entries prior to payroll submittal.

• Assist Superintendent(s) with daily reports, manpower logs, and administrative production tracking.

• Tracking equipment rentals and assist with documentation and return coordination.

• Maintain basic trackers for manpower, materials, and equipment as directed by operations leadership.

• Help ensure compliance with site rules, safety standards, and client protocols common to hyperscale work environments.

• Other duties as assigned.

• Entry-level, non-exempt positions.
