Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting

Compensation: Competitive base + 25% bonus

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead acquisition and complex transaction accounting for new investments
• Manage monthly close, reconciliations, and financial reporting for division
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planning across enterprise units
• Partner with leaders on strategic projects including data governance and tax initiatives
• Drive system implementations and process improvements with a focus on innovation
• Coordinate with auditors, tax teams, and key stakeholders to ensure compliance and accuracy

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance + CPA required
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting
• Strong background in month-end close, enterprise reporting, and complex transactions
• Experience leading people and projects (formal or informal leadership)
• In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and ability to research/apply accounting guidance
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with executive leadership
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP experience preferred
