Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assess their automotive service needs.
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services, ensuring transparency in pricing.
• Communicate effectively with technicians to relay customer concerns and service requirements.
• Schedule appointments and manage the service department's workflow efficiently.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any questions.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area, promoting a professional environment.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair processes.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software for service management.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a service advisor or in a similar role is a plus.

• Saturday: 9AM-4PM

Salary info:

$18 - $24 / hr
