COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $19.25/hour

• Monday–Friday - 8:00am - 4:30pm

• W2 Employment

ROLE IMPACT

This position supports fulfillment operations by accurately picking and labeling customer orders using motorized equipment and ensuring orders are routed for shipment with precision. Success is defined by consistent order accuracy, safe equipment use, and maintaining detailed production logs that align with company quality and compliance standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and log batches of pick tickets to initiate the order selection process

• Use motorized equipment to pick orders by case or full skid from multi-level pallet racks

• Verify product and location accuracy based on pick tickets and pallet labels

• Apply tracking and shipping labels (e.g., UPS) to outbound orders

• Transport picked items to conveyor systems or designated loading zones

• Maintain daily written production logs for supervisor review

• Dispose of packaging materials to uphold safety and cleanliness standards

• Participate in special assignments as directed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to pass certified equipment safety training

• Strong attention to detail; able to differentiate product variations

• Good math, reading, and basic computer skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

• Motorized pallet jacks

• Conveyor systems

• UPS shipping/tracking systems

• Paper-based and electronic pick ticket systems

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
