Gtp Sales Associate

East West Bank is currently seeking a GTP Sales Associate who will be responsible for supporting GTP Sales Consultants and Relationship Managers introducing treasury management solutions to customers. The Sales Associate will serve as the primary sales support partner for multiple GTP Consultants to drive revenue and new deposits focusing on commercial banking, corporate and specialty industry verticals.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing proformas, product proposals, relationship reviews and RFPs.
• Analyzing client activity, including client deposits, fee activity to proactively identify client deepening opportunities
• Providing customer facing support to propose banking services to commercial and corporate customers in a wide range of treasury solutions including online banking, remote deposit, fraud prevention products, lockbox, merchant card processing, payment solutions and cash vault
• Gathering industry information and conducting client research
• Engaging in core or single product sales to clients
• Submitting, tracking and following up on implementation requests
• Maintaining thorough knowledge of all bank products and services
• Tracking new exception pricing requests through approval process and managing renewals
• Assisting internal and external customers with account analysis statement review
• Acting as liaison with GTP Consultant and other GTS departments as needed
• Providing back up for GTPC when out of the office on sales calls
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications include:

• Previous sales support experience desirable, preferably in financial services/treasury management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
• Professional working proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a plus.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and work well under pressure
• Ability to organize and coordinate multiple assignments and follow through to completion while ensuring a consistent customer experience
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, as well as written)
• Strong time management skills and ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends
• Ability to build effective relationships with customers, staff and members of the community
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Power Point, Excel, Word).

Compensation:

The base pay range for this position is USD $80,000.00/Yr. - USD $90,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
