We are seeking a Full-Time Counselor for our Office-Based Opiate Treatment Program (OBOT). The OBOT program provides individual and group counseling along with medication-assisted therapy using Suboxone.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or master's degree in counseling or clinical psychology.
• LCDC or LCDC-I
• Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Good computer skills.
• Reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver's license required.
• Able to work flexible hours and weekends.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• Knowledge of opioid use disorder and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) services.
• Ability to collect and handle urine analysis (UA) samples per program protocols.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed, client-centered, and recovery-oriented care.
• Good computer skills and ability to use electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Salary range: $18.00-$21.00 per hour, depending on experience, license, and qualifications.
