Restaurant General Manager

Position: General Manager

Location: Houston, TX | Relocation Assistance Available

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 + 10% bonus

We are conducting a search for an experienced General Manager to join a nationally recognized, chef-driven restaurant group celebrated for its inventive cuisine, elevated service, and culture of hospitality. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, developing team performance, and supporting daily operations in partnership with senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support the service team to deliver refined, attentive, and consistent guest experiences.
• Partner with the management team to manage daily floor operations and ensure alignment with company standards.
• Maintain strong communication across front and back of house teams to optimize service flow and guest satisfaction.
• Responsible for operational functions including P&L reporting, inventory, and cost control.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture that values hospitality, collaboration, and excellence.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including guest feedback analysis, service refinement, and process optimization.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Previous General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment.
• Strong foundation in food, beverage, and service standards with a passion for hospitality and guest engagement.
• Skilled at leading and motivating teams in a fast-paced setting while maintaining composure and professionalism.
• Proven success with operational systems including P&L management, inventory, payroll, and cost control.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to inspire confidence, deliver feedback constructively, and model leadership presence on the floor.
