Sr. Commercial Accounts Manager II, G&P
- Manage and develop a customer base in the West Texas region
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities to expand market share
- Develop in‑depth knowledge of G&P market structure and dynamics through key industry relationships
- Deliver customer-centric solutions and monitor customer portfolios' performance regularly to ensure targets are met
- Build partnerships and work collaboratively with internal teams including Operations, Project Development, Legal, FP&A, and Commercial
- Assume the lead role of customer interface for all commercial activities while collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver projects
- Identify and execute new long‑term supply opportunities and assist in determining prices and contract terms for profitable transactions in partnership with the Commercial and Trading functions
- Identify projects and/or activities that improve current processes, then lead those projects or maintain accountability for ongoing activities or objectives resulting from that identification
- Conduct accurate and timely financial analysis, project approvals, ongoing customer engagement, and strategy setting within the region to support broader organizational goals
- Consolidate multiple data points to assess market conditions and changes as they occur, then communicate these assessments throughout the organization so stakeholders may react timely
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 3 or more years of energy industry and/or account management experience
- Intermediate or greater proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Willing and able to travel up to 15% of the time
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or another related field
- 10 or more years of energy industry and/or account management experience
- Working knowledge of Marketing, Pricing, Transportation and/or Commercial operations
- Working knowledge of the petrochemical industry
This position has a base salary range of $155,700 to $190,300. At Phillips 66, we are committed to pay transparency and competitive, equitable compensation. The Phillips 66 Midstream business is a safe, reliable, and trusted provider for the movement, storage, gathering, and processing of liquid or gas energy via pipelines or terminals. We are an industry leader in logistics and operate or manage more than 70,000 miles of pipelines that transport crude oil from oil fields to refineries and finished products from refineries to storage terminals. We operate 39 terminals that supply finished products to consumer gas stations, as well as crude oil and NGL storage terminals and NGL fractionation facilities. Our capabilities include extensive natural gas gathering and processing operations, enhancing our wellhead-to-market strategy. We also provide the connectivity between the various Phillips 66 business units.
