As a Senior Client Service Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting our clients and ensuring their needs are met with care and precision. • Be the backbone of our client service team, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Assist with creating important documents like certificates and reports.
• Support workflow processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.
• Help maintain strong client relationships by providing timely and accurate support.
• Ensure all processes meet our high standards for quality and efficiency.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.

Required :

• High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
• Appropriate licensing as required.

Preferred :

• Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred.
• Previous experience managing client relationships.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
