Do you have a keen eye? Talent Corps is currently seeking a Spotter for a client in the Corpus Christi .

Responsibilities:

As a Spotter you will be a guide and safety observer, ensuring the safe operation of equipment, particularly in construction areas. You will act as the "eyes and ears" for operators, directing their movements and alerting them to potential hazards. Spotters also play a role in inspecting incoming loads for unacceptable waste and performing general labor duties.

Essential Skills:

• Attention to Detail: Maintaining vigilance and accurately assessing the surroundings.
• Communication: Clearly communicating instructions and warnings to operators.
• Observation: Recognizing potential hazards and adjusting accordingly.
• Safety Knowledge: Understanding safety protocols and procedures.
• Physical Stamina: Being able to stand for extended periods and follow directions.

MUST have a clean background - will be run by client

Must have a valid drivers license
