Manager, Client Digital Implementations

We’re looking for a hands-on leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, business, and delivery. This is a non-development leadership role for someone who understands complex system landscapes, knows how to drive execution, and can lead teams through fast-paced digital transformation initiatives.

You’ll own digital implementation projects from planning through launch, working closely with executives, business leaders, and technical teams. You’ll lead architecture and integration efforts, manage releases and change control, and keep delivery moving with quality and accountability.

This role is perfect for a player-coach who enjoys solving real problems, building strong teams, and driving meaningful results.

What you’ll do

• Lead digital implementation projects from kickoff through delivery
• Own integration and ETL requirements across enterprise platforms
• Partner with executives, business stakeholders, and technical teams
• Lead architecture, design, testing, documentation, and delivery
• Run project meetings, technical workshops, and steering committees
• Own release management and deployment approvals
• Lead major incident response and resolution
• Build, coach, and grow a high-performing integration team
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization

What you bring

• 5+ years of ETL or system integration experience (Boomi, Informatica, Talend, MuleSoft, Sterling)
• Experience with APIs, real-time integrations, and enterprise platforms
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge (SQL Server preferred)
• Experience leading Agile/Scrum delivery teams
• Strong technical and business communication skills
• Proven ability to lead under pressure and drive execution
• Azure cloud experience a plus
• Freight forwarding or warehouse systems experience a plus

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years leading cross-functional technical teams
• 5+ years in enterprise integration or digital delivery
