About the Role

• Job Title: Salesforce Developer
• Location: Plano, TX, 75024

Key Responsibilities

• Advanced Automation: Design and maintain complex business processes using Flow Builder and Apex (specifically Invocable Actions) to bridge gap between declarative and programmatic logic.
• AI Implementation: Build and refine generative AI prompts using Prompt Builder and integrate them into business workflows via Agentforce.
• Document Generation: Lead the "To-Be" strategy for document generation. Implement OmniStudio Document Generation or develop a custom Apex-based solution leveraging AI to generate dynamic PDFs.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to determine the most efficient technical route (Low-Code vs. Pro-Code) based on scalability and performance requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Core Salesforce: Extensive experience with Apex (Triggers, Classes, and Invocable Methods) and Flow Builder.
• AI Tools: Proven proficiency in Prompt Builder and hands-on experience (or deep conceptual knowledge) of Agentforce for autonomous task execution.
• Doc-Gen Expertise: Route A: Strong experience with OmniStudio (Document Generation, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures). Route B: Proficiency in using Apex and AI/LLM integrations to generate and format PDF documentation.
• Experience: 5+ years in Salesforce Development with at least 1 year focused on Einstein/AI features.

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary rate for this position is between $130,000 – $135,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
