Shipping Clerk

Rodgers Wade is seeking a Shipping Clerk to join our team!

The Shipping Clerk at Rodgers Wade is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate shipment of products. They will work closely with the production team to prepare items for shipping, create shipping labels, and arrange transportation for outgoing orders. Attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial in this role to maintain inventory accuracy and meet customer delivery requirements.

JOBSITE LOCATION: Paris, Texas

STARTING PAYRATE: $14-$15 hourly (negotiable depending on experience)

PAGO INICIAL: $14-$15 por hora (negociable dependiendo de la experiencia)

PRIMARY WORK SCHEDULE: Monday thru Friday | 7am - 3:30pm and some Saturdays & Overtime (as needed).

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinates with relevant shipping service to schedule needed trucks to meet demand and communicates on truck needs as well as relevant information needed by shipping service.
• Prints Fedex/UPS labels when required and assists in preparing ground freight for shipment
• Prints packing lists and creates/prints BOLs where applicable for each shipment
• Takes pictures of every load leaving and files them in relevant local shared folders for historical reference
