Journeyman Power Systems & Controls Technician

Are you the person everyone calls when complex electrical systems go down? Do you enjoy tracing faults to their root cause and restoring equipment to peak performance—safely and efficiently? If you’re a licensed journeyman with industrial experience, we’d like to meet you in the Ben Wheeler, TX area.
Your Mission
- Hunt down electrical issues and resolve them fast to keep operations running.
- Install, service, and repair equipment and distribution systems in line with code and best practices.
- Collaborate with teammates to elevate system reliability and streamline processes.
- Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance to prevent failures.
- Record all work performed—diagnostics, parts, installs, and repairs—with precision.
- Stay sharp by following the latest advances in electrical technologies.
Do You Have What It Takes?
- Current Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent
- Proven history in industrial electrical troubleshooting and maintenance
- Solid grasp of electrical codes, standards, and safe work procedures
- Experience working with PLCs
- Exceptional problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication
- Self-starter who contributes effectively within a team
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Where and How You’ll Work
- Based in the Ben Wheeler, TX area
- Compensation: Up to $37 per hour DOE
- Company truck provided
