• Pay Range: $20–$24/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm

ROLE IMPACT
This role provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily operations within a busy healthcare office environment. The Administrative Assistant will serve as a key point of contact for staff, vendors, and leadership, contributing to efficient scheduling, vendor coordination, and executive support that directly impact organizational effectiveness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage incoming calls, visitors, and Epic EHR documentation, ensuring professional and timely communication.
• Provide accounting and finance support by processing invoices, managing vendor communications, and tracking payment status.
• Maintain office operations by ordering supplies, coordinating facility and IT requests, and managing meeting room logistics.
• Support executive leaders (Chief, Directors, Managers) with complex calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reimbursements.
• Assist with staff onboarding, space planning, and preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Coordinate logistics for internal and external events and ongoing administrative projects under leadership direction.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional office or healthcare setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Epic EHR experience highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
