Store Creation @ OMG

As a Senior Store Creation Specialist, you play a vital role in the success of the Professional Services Team. You’ll lead team-wide initiatives and produce accurate, high-quality online stores within our platform based on client specifications. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role that requires a sharp eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

You’ll be responsible for building stores, identifying missing or inaccurate information, and proactively communicating with clients to ensure everything is accurate and aligned with their goals.

No coding experience is required. Our platform is designed for intuitive, no-code store creation.

NOTE: This is a hybrid position. Our HQ is in downtown Dallas, TX.

Day in the Life

• Build and launch online stores based on client requests, consistently meeting daily deadlines
• Ensure each store is accurate, complete, and aligns with client expectations
• Follow internal processes to maintain quality and efficiency
• Collaborate across teams to support projects and client relationships
• Field incoming calls for the Professional Services team
• Lead team-wide projects and serve as the central point of contact
• Respond to internal questions via Slack and provide guidance across the team

Daily Goals

• Build and deliver individual stores on schedule
• Review requests thoroughly, identify any discrepancies, and communicate proactively with clients
• Deliver a white-glove experience that reflects the high standards of Professional Services

Additional Goals

• Learn new areas of the OMG platform to deepen product knowledge
• Support team queues and assist with additional client requests

Requirements

Must Haves

• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality
• Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience in service, support, or a related field
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage time efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, client-focused tone
• Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable
• Skilled at managing multiple projects and prioritizing effectively
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status required.
• Visa Sponsorship is not available.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience using the OrderMyGear platform
• Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, or other graphic design tools
• Background in data entry or project management
