Required Skills:

• Demonstrated stability in employment history, avoiding frequent job changes.
• Minimum 5 years of cost accounting experience in the manufacturing industry.
• 2-3 years of FP&A experience.
• Proficiency in automation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Extensive expertise in Microsoft Excel (a minimum of 5 years).
• Leadership background with experience in project management or team supervision.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, emphasizing proactivity and independent problem-solving abilities.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, among others.
• Familiarity with Oracle, Hyperion, Smart View, Snowflake, and Alteryx.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent preferred.
