The ideal candidate will have strong welding and fabrication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.

Welder Fabricator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 to $22.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Saturday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on various metals (steel, aluminum, stainless, etc.)
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders
• Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal components using hand and power tools
• Fabricate parts and assemblies according to specifications Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all company safety procedures and standards

Welder Fabricator Qualifications:

• 2+ years of welding/fabrication experience (or equivalent training)
• Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Welding certification is a plus but not required

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
