Position Overview

AlphaX Energy Group is seeking motivated Appointment Setters to engage homeowners, generate interest in our energy solutions, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales consultants.

This is a field-based, door-to-door position where you'll be the first point of contact between homeowners and our company.

Your primary responsibility is not closing sales—it's creating opportunities by having meaningful conversations, building rapport, and setting qualified appointments for our closing team.

This role serves as an excellent entry point into sales and offers significant opportunities for advancement into closing, leadership, and management positions.

What You'll Do

Generate Qualified Appointments

  • Prospect neighborhoods through door-to-door outreach

  • Engage homeowners in professional face-to-face conversations

  • Educate potential customers on available energy solutions

  • Identify interested homeowners and schedule appointments

  • Maintain daily activity and appointment-setting goals

Build Relationships

  • Create positive first impressions

  • Establish trust and credibility with homeowners

  • Represent AlphaX Energy Group professionally

  • Deliver exceptional customer interactions

Team & Personal Development

  • Participate in daily training and coaching sessions

  • Develop communication, leadership, and sales skills

  • Learn proven prospecting and customer engagement techniques

  • Contribute to a positive, competitive team culture

  • Ability to work a full field schedule Monday through Saturday

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following is beneficial but not required:

  • Door-to-door sales

  • Appointment setting

  • Solar sales

  • Roofing sales

  • Retail sales

  • Customer service

  • Brand promotion

  • Lead generation

  • Any commission-based sales role

We are willing to train highly motivated candidates who demonstrate strong character, coachability, and a commitment to growth.
