Are you an experienced Medical Front Desk Receptionist seeking a full-time opportunity in a reputable clinic? We’re hiring for a well-known healthcare practice in the Stone Oak area of San Antonio. Join a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional patient care in a professional, fast-paced environment.

PAY/SCHEDULE/LOCATION/BENEFITS:

• $16.00-$17.00/hr (based on experience)
• Monday-Friday office hours (No weekends!)
• Weekly Pay via direct deposit or pay card
• Medical, Dental, and Vision +
• Stone Oak area – San Antonio, TX 78258

MEDICAL FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST DUTIES:

• Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate staff
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming front office and reception area
• Provide accurate information to patients in-person, over the phone, and via email
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain office calendars
• Receive and sort mail and deliveries
• File, photocopy, scan, fax, and complete other general office tasks as needed
• Ensure patient confidentiality and follow clinic security protocols

MEDICAL FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST REQUIREMENTS:

• Must pass a background check and drug test (Pre-employment requirements)
• High school diploma or GED (Required)
• Proven work experience as a Medical Receptionist, Medical Front Office Representative or similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with general office equipment
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and time-management abilities
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
• Reliable transportation required
• Tattoos must be covered while on duty to maintain a professional appearance per client policy
