Assist in directing and managing the instructional program and supervising operations at the campus level. Provide leadership to ensure high standards of instructional service. Assist in directing the implementation of District policies and instructional programs and in managing the operation of campus activities. Qualifications: Education/Certification
Master’s degree in educational administration
Principal certification or appropriate Texas certificate
Certified instructional supervisor and appraiser in Texas Teacher Evaluation & Support System
Working knowledge of curriculum, instruction and alternative education
Ability to evaluate instructional programs and teaching effectiveness
Ability to manage personnel
Ability to implement policy and procedures and interpret data
Strong communication (verbal and written), organizational, public relations, and interpersonal skills
