Transportation and Logistics Coordinator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $23.80 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm )

• Schedule, track, and coordinate deliveries to ensure on-time performance
• Communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams to resolve shipping issues
• Verify transportation invoices and maintain accurate shipment records
• Support receiving, put-away, and inventory tracking in the ERP system
• Coordinate with purchasing and production on inbound delivery schedules
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to operations

Transportation and Logistics Coordinator Qualifications:

• Knowledge of transportation, logistics processes, and compliance regulations (including hazardous materials)
• Proficiency in ERP, TMS, and inventory management systems (MS Dynamics 365 a plus)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment including turret trucks, stand-up forklifts, EPJs, and walkie riders
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment (bilingual Spanish a plus)
