We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP & ADP Workforce Now (WFN) Lead Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP and ADP WFN solutions. This role is pivotal in driving system transformation, guiding Accounting and FP&A teams through design decisions, and ensuring successful project execution within scope, timeline, and budget. The Project Manager will act as both a strategic leader and subject matter expert, fostering collaboration across Finance, HR, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership : Lead and manage Oracle Cloud ERP and ADP WFN implementation projects from initiation through closure, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Subject Matter Expertise : Provide expert guidance on Oracle Cloud ERP and ADP WFN applications, driving process transformation for Accounting, FP&A, and HR teams.
• Planning & Execution : Develop detailed project plans with timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation; oversee execution and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Risk & Issue Management : Identify, track, and resolve project risks, issues, and change requests through structured governance.
• Collaboration & Problem-Solving : Work cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Operations, and external vendors to resolve challenges and recommend solutions.
• Stakeholder Communication : Prepare and deliver clear project updates, dashboards, and presentations to stakeholders, including the Program Manager, Controller, VP FP&A, CFO, and Chief People Officer.
• Budget Oversight : Manage project budgets and track scope changes, ensuring transparency and accountability.
