- Drive Sales & Achieve Goals - Utilize consultative sales skills to convert leads into loyal members and consistently exceed monthly targets.
- Lead & Develop the Team - Conduct engaging weekly and monthly team meetings and training sessions to maximize performance.
- Deliver a 5-Star Member Experience - Ensure outstanding customer service that leads to positive online reviews and strong member retention.
- Marketing & Community Outreach - Implement local and national marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and membership sign-ups.
- Studio Operations - Maintain accurate member and employee records, follow company policies, and oversee daily studio management.
Qualifications:
- Proven Sales Ability - 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or health club industry.
- Leadership Experience - 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience.
- Strong Communication Skills - Outgoing, professional, and able to connect with members and staff effectively.
- Results-Driven Mindset - Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding performance metrics.
- Passion for Fitness - Enthusiastic about health and wellness and inspiring others to reach their goals.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Total Base Earnings: $42,800-$46,400.
- Top-Performing Managers: $55,000-$60,000+ annually.
