Embroidery Operator

We are looking for a results-driven Embroidery Operator to join AO Swag.
We are looking to hire a talented Embroidery operator with an eye for detail for our company's embroidery department. As an operator you be familiar with sewing machines and basic technology concepts, be able to stand for long hours, be comfortable with using a computer, and have excellent attention to detail. Ultimately, a top-level embroidery operator can create beautifully designed articles of clothing that fully meet the customer's specifications.
The Embroidery Operator is responsible for:
- Programing production sheets into the appropriate machine
- Operate embroidery machines
- Loading thread to match rotation sheet and inspecting for accuracy
- Loading and unloading each machine with specially designed jigs that hold hats/apparel that is embroidered
- Performing minor machine repairs and keeping supplies and work area clean and organized
Requirements:
- Be able to work the morning shift from M-F 6a-2:30p
- Able to stay on your feet for entire shift
- Ability to pass a background test
- Occasionally lift heavy boxes/objects (up to 50 lbs)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic reading and verbal communication skills
